- Electronic signing and witnessing of NOIM (Notice of Intended Marriage)
- Finalising of Wedding documentation including DONLIM (Declaration of No Legal Impediment to Marriage) and Official Certificates
- Commemorative Certificate for you to take home on the day
This package is available within 10 kms from my office with limited availability during peak wedding season (Sept – April).
A cheeky little elopement in the back yard for

Elopement
Short and simple with the couple and two witnesses attending to the legal elements of a marriage, including short simple personal vows.
From $750 | 5 – 10 minutes
Includes:
- Electronic signing and witnessing of NOIM (Notice of Intended Marriage)
- Finalising of Wedding documentation including DONLIM (Declaration of No Legal Impediment to Marriage) and Official Certificates
- Commemorative Certificate for you to take home on the day
- Option to order your Official Certificate for an additional $100
This package is available within 15 kms from my office with limited availability during peak wedding season (Sept – April).

- Digital face to face meeting with couple to sign the NOIM and the opportunity to discuss the plans for the day
- Further digital check in prior to your wedding day to discuss the flow of the day
- Personal Vows
- Completion and lodgement of all forms
- Option to order your Official Certificate for an additional $100

Personalised Ceremony including Your Love Story
In front of your family and friends – a ceremony designed to tell your love story and your dreams for the future,
From $1,300 | 20 – 30 minutes
Includes:
- Initial face to face meeting with couple to sign the NOIM and the opportunity to discuss the plans for the day
- Two further meetings if required
- Unlimited emails and phone calls
- Resources for readings and vows
- Preparation and delivery of a very personalised ceremony including 2 readings
- Rehearsal at the venue (if permitted by venue)
- Printed personal vows
- Copy of your ceremony
- Commemorative certificate
- Completion and lodgement of all documents
- Legal certificate – ordered from BDM to be received by registered post
- Use of Mipro 303 sound system for ceremony
When you book your Personalised Ceremony my promise to you is:
- I will only arrange one wedding per day on a weekend, allowing you the comfort of knowing my attention is with you for the day. Wedding season, September to April can be very busy so please plan ahead and make your booking as soon as possible.
- I will commit to arriving up to one hour prior to your ceremony to work with other suppliers to ensure the set up will deliver the best ceremony and sound check my system to allow all guests to hear your commitments and promises to each other loud and clear!
Thank you (again!) so much for playing such an important part of our wedding day! It was wonderful that so many people remarked that they really felt that you had taken the time to get to know both Robbie and I which I feel really reflects on your commitment to providing the best ceremony possible for your couples, as well as making the ceremony itself seem much more familiar and less staged. The suggestions you provided during our pre-wedding meetings and conducting a rehearsal the day beforehand were received with thanks and helped the day itself run so smoothly.

Fees
My fees depend on the type of ceremony you are considering.
A non-refundable booking fee of $300 is required to lock in your date (I only book one personalised wedding per day), your rehearsal date (personalised ceremony), meetings and commencement of the legal paperwork.
All other fees and charges are required one month prior to your wedding date. Should your wedding be outside metropolitan Melbourne additional fees may be required for travel.
Additional costs will be incurred for:
- Extra travel costs - especially for destination weddings
- Signing Table
- Rituals
